John Hagelin, Ph.D., is a world-renowned quantum physicist, string
theorist, educator, author, and leading proponent of peace.
He conducted pioneering research at CERN (the European Center for Particle Physics) and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center and is responsible for the development of a highly successful grand unified field theory based on the superstring—a theory that was featured in a cover story of Discover magazine.
Dr. Hagelin a leading authority on the effects of meditation and brain development, on higher states of human consciousness, and the use of collective meditation to defuse acute societal stress, to reduce associated crime and violence, and to promote societal peace.
He has organized multi-million-dollar research projects demonstrating the positive impact of large-scale meditation on violent crime, terrorism, and stopping open warfare in war-torn areas, resulting in more than 50 publications in leading refereed journals.
Dr. Hagelin is President Emeritus of Maharishi International University and serves as International President of the Global Union of Scientists for Peace (GUSP.org), an organization of Nobel laureates and leading scientists dedicated to evidence-based solutions to crime, terrorism and social conflict.

Mirabai Devi
Presentation Title: Global Peace and Planetary Healing
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, from a very young age Mirabai saw the suffering in humanity which spurred a deep opening in her heart and filled her with compassion. Her earliest training came at 3 years old directly from the Divine Light and the Beings of Light [Masters] who appeared before her when she was a child. They came to teach and prepare her for her future healing mission. Mirabai had her spiritual enlightenment awakening when she was in Goa India, in 1992.
Her work is non-denominational, incorporating all the knowledge she has received and that which she has experienced directly from her inner training with the Masters of Light.
Mirabai’s in person and online programs include spiritual teachings and practices, guided meditation, healing work, devotional singing and the transmission of the Divine Light. She encourages all who come to focus on the light of God within in order to directly experience their own Divine Nature. Her programs and group healings have transformed the lives of millions of people around the world.
Mirabai has produced seven CDs that are streamed on numerous platforms, of her inspiring talks and guided meditations, in addition to authoring “Samadhi: Essence of the Divine,” a book of short texts and meditations describing her experiences of deep absorption in the Divine. In 1995, after the loss of his son Tariq to a gang-related incident, Azim chose the path of compassion and forgiveness. He founded the Tariq Khamisa Foundation (TKF). The foundation creates safer schools and communities through educating and inspiring children in the restorative principles of accountability and compassion.
Since then, Azim has touched millions with his message of forgiveness, peace, and leadership.
Azim’s Life
Born in Kenya with Eastern roots, Azim has a multifaceted background in mathematics, economics, and finance. He has enjoyed a successful career in international investment banking for over 45 years.
Azim has dedicated his life to ending youth violence. He and Ples Felix (the grandfather of the boy who killed Tariq) have shared their story to millions, advocating for nonviolence and forgiveness.

After conducting over 1,600 workshops and keynote speeches worldwide, Azim is an adept presenter. Azim also serves on numerous boards, including as vice-chair for the Institute of Noetic Sciences, which studies consciousness.
